I believe they are getting close to reopening. We have been working getting things back into shape. Amazing what happens in three months. Plenty of overgrowths and the homeless moved in on the fringes, what a mess.
Ross lives in Colorado. The place was locked up tight including the parking lot gates. The homeless smashed the windshield of the truck and stole the battery which we recovered from an encampment. There are bike frames and bike tires everywhere. I wish I could say more but I need to wait. People are either going to be very happy or not. One thing I know is that if things go as planned I will be working and you all know what that means.
I hope it goes well, too. Masks? No mention - this is the email I got.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
If pods (or bubbles or whatever they're called where you are) of people who've already been together (like families, housemates or people who work together) get a table together they're already exposed to each other so they can be close.
I'm still a proponent of everyone wearing masks.
I'm still isolated with only 3 exceptions (doctor appts.) over the last 3 months. I won't be there either.
Looks like a sweet set up. The problem is that I don't trust folks to keep their distance and keep masks on once they become inebriated. And in the middle of a pandemic I'm not going out to dine anywhere other that take out. Just not ready, yet. And honestly our ability to pay VIP prices especially now isn't possible. Good for those who can and will, or those who feel ready to be in a scaled down venue. I know many concert promoters and restaurants owners have taken a financial hit and need to open or risk going bankrupt, lucky for Phil the Marin elite will keep his place afloat. I'm happy for him and the musicians. And the lucky folks who still have plenty of discretionary income to play with during the recession.
I heard that Neil song and thought it was pretty easy to see why it's been sitting on a shelf for over 45 years. Hopefully the rest of the album is better.
And I'm not a Jackie fan either, but this thread is about a venue/business trying to get up & on it's feet again; I didn't see what a snarky shot at Jackie (and possibly at the venue?) had to do with that.
I don't see what Neil & Jackie have to do with each other either.
