Iran war

Looks like actions in or around Iraq are going to start, good diversion tactic.

Thanks, C > R. We are holding onto our hats - what’s next?

Hi Judit.   This is next

Another step towards conflicting the area.  Very strange accusation of sabotage but not saying who.

The Saudis & Israelis & Russians would LOVE us to attack Iran.

All of them pay Donald/GOP a lot.

News reports of two more ships attacked in the Gulf of Oman today.  Another step towards conflict, something is building up and it’s not good.

I started wondering, what things are being done to distract us from thinking about an Iran war, and what would an Iran war be distracting us from. It’s almost like there’s governance by distraction.

Judit, I agree, he is the distractor in chief.  This is a simple explanation of how he does it

If impeachment or other serious threat to his power comes along, he has war in Iran ready to go...

Another 1000 troops going to the area.

“In the latest sign of escalating tensions, National Security Adviser John Bolton warned Iran in an interview conducted last week and published Monday, “They would be making a big mistake if they doubted the president's resolve on this.” Acting Secretary of Defense Patrick Shanahan announced on Monday evening that the U.S. was deploying an additional 1,000 troops to the region for “defensive purposes.” And Secretary of State Mike Pompeo jetted to Tampa, home of Central Command, on Monday evening to huddle with military officials to discuss “regional security concerns and ongoing operations,” according to a State Department spokeswoman.”

“President Donald Trump ordered a military strike on Iran late Thursday, but reversed his decision after a plan was already underway, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The sources tell ABC News the president’s reason for changing course was unclear, but the reversal was against the advice of Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and National Security Adviser John Bolton.”

The Russians likely had something to do with it.

A UK government spokesman said: "Contrary to international law, three Iranian vessels attempted to impede the passage of a commercial vessel, British Heritage, through the Strait of Hormuz.

"We are concerned by this action and continue to urge the Iranian authorities to de-escalate the situation in the region."

Iran seizing oil tankers, what could possibly go wrong?

These posts make it hard to breathe and make my stomach hurt.
