I got canceled.   Both bands told me that I could play.  I took off half a day from work, drove out to Huntington, helped The Reckoning load in and then the drummer goes off on me and tells me I can't play, that there is no room in Grateful Dead music for percussion (tell that to Mickey).  Then I help The Electrix load in and the rhythm guitar player tells me I can't play.

Fuck them.  Cost them at least 15 tickets that would have been sold.

I'm sorry to hear that!  I always thought they were pretty cool people!  I wonder why they flipped, especially after you made the trip out and helped with the load in.
