I got my wife a chillow that turned out to b total bullshit, then I got her a my pillow which was ok but not amazing.
Basically what I'm saying is I've yet to b impressed by these mass market craft pillows.

I think that it's just trial
I think that it's just trial and error. You have to try out 20 pillows before you find the one that works for you. Everyone is different.
When you do find that perfect one, go back and buy 10 more, because you'll never find the exact one a few years later.
I wonder if there's someone that does scans and then makes custom pillows.
