I'd seen Jerry in some smaller East Coast venues, but nothing as intimate as this -- a little school auditorium filled with kids, their parents and a couple hundred Deadheads. I remember sitting cross legged on the floor (it was crowded) wondering if it was being videotaped because no one back East would believe the scene. It looked like someone up in the projection booth had a camera, but the video didn't circulate for a long while. Finally someone from the PTA dusted off the tape and released it. So glad they did.

I remember hearing about this show when it happened, but I had no idea how to get tickets. It's very cool to see all this now, it really is great.
And on a side note, I'm watching this while watching the world series and I'm noticing that Dusty Baker looks a lot like Olatunji.
If the Astros can finish this thing, Dusty will be dancing like Olatunji.
