If it's vinyl you're after, there will be a WORKINGMAN’S DEAD: 50th ANNIVERSARY VINYL PICTURE DISC, limited to 10K, and Dead.net exclusive colored vinyl with just 2000 copies available. Both feature the newly remastered version of the original album. Get ‘em while you can!
Interesting Fish.. I will seek that out. I do think these remasters have sounded good. that said, I am digital listener and I do not have any idea how the vinyl sounds which I guess at the point these albums were released was the intended media
I love the live stuff they have been bookending on the releases more so which make every one of them gotta gets for me
I’ll probably buy the LP so I can retire my first print. Conversely, I cant think of a single reason to remaster this album. Right off the shelf, it’s got some of the best fidelity of any Warner record I can think of. I’m sure it will sound grate.
All sorts of schwag offered with this anniversary release .From Carhartt jackets, hatchets , to leatherman knives. WTF?
I'd love a WD 50th Miners Headlight or Steel Jack-Hammer...
I was interested in a vinyl pressing of the 2-21-71 show to complement the vinyl pressings of 2-19 (Three From The Vault) and 2-20 (Wharf Rats Come East)...
