Has anyone else ever hear or see lamb butter. My Nana always had it for Easter. It is butter in the shape of a lamb. My wife giggles every time I mention it.
For scheduling reasons, the white trash fam fam had pre-Easter dinner yesterday.
We had pulled pork and ham with several high-sodium cheesy gooey casseroles. Oh, and the salad had bacon in it. I shit you not. I'll be scheduling my angioplasty shortly.
Ugh! I like Spanish and French hams for sandwiches, that's it. Always subjected to ham and scalloped potatoes at Easter at the in-laws. Not going this year since my guy is on his way back from the Austin SCI run. When he returns we will have our own spring dinner of Mallorcan lamb stew, new potatoes, peas or asparagus and maybe a rhubarb fool, since we are most days, foolish.
