That's a work in progress Ibanez artist series, weir had three or four of them built in the custom shop as they worked out the details on what would eventually become "cowboy fancy," or the BW signature model.

I wasn't there and they could be telling the truth but Bob did an interview with Dan Rather a few years back and he basically said that he stopped doing LSD after 1967! Now everyone knows that's bullshit. Weir dosed a lot in the 80's from what I heard. If he did it intentionally or was dosed I don't know.
I think Weir is trying to rewrite history so the future generations don't think they were a total drug band.
