The perp is one hateful POS. During his sentencing hearing yesterday, he was hauled out of the courtroom when he yelled "I should have killed you when I had a chance" as one of the survivors was giving her witness impact statement.

What a festering pile of barely human shit. I was so shocked to read that yesterday, but then again, not shocked.
He’s getting less punishment than what he’s earned, though that “life” sentence could just as easily mean two or three weeks....
As a pro-life person I admittedly struggle with ones like this.
not watching the video. Way too creepy.

In '76 in my hometown, a 20 yr old house painter got kicked out of a party for being an asshole drunk. He felt the way to rectify his embarrassment was to wait two weeks, break into the house and wait for the family to come home. He stabbed 3 family members 90 times, killing all three. At sentencing, when asked by the judge if he had any final statements, he said, " i wish i could've killed the other two. They got lucky." 3 life sentences in Joliet.
