Seriously, if Biden started acting more like he is already president, including publicly assembling a transition team and cabinet, it could instill a greater sense of confidence in his ability to lead the nation out of this shit show. If he is uncomfortable with it, he should at least have Kamala Harris doing it. Hate to say it, but I am more and more afraid that we may very well be looking at rival administrations each claiming to be the legitimate one come January 2021.
