Like how I choose to think .. like I'm smarter or whatever ... I often fail and have my ego influence my relationship to events and others and my behavior
And to be honest and to share, I'm not doing a very good job as I seem to be angry a lot of the time these days An example I slipped on my New Year's Eve resolution to not be angry at Trump 24 seven but I'm gonna settle down as best I can I don't have to accept heinous behavior but I don't have to yell all the time
