As a fan of the team formerly known as the Redskins (or just "the Skins" to everyone in D.C.), it doesn't stoke my coals.  Had kind of hoped they had just stayed with the WFT.

It's too long, and there's no shorter lovable nickname that can come from it.

The Commies?

Wolves was better

Sticking with WFT would have been OK with me

Haha lol yes but what do they actually "command"?

If they wanted a long name that fans could identify with, the "We haven't been to a super bowl in thirty years-ers" could have worked.
