Hmmmm........Bob doesn't think it's safe to tour but Peter Shapiro thinks it's Ok to bring 10,000 out to a festival for a weekend. Strange. I wonder how many people will bail and how many show up if it actually happens.
The Lockin thing is a BS money grab. Offer full refunds for those that want it. This is an attempt to hang on to more money, collect interest and not payback when you have incurred expenses--sue your insurance carrier over this, don't #%&$ the fans. If he wants to reschedule and can get artists and fans to attend in October, fine, great. But, he should make refunds to anyone who requests them now and not use the legal BS of "postponed" vs "canceled" like Ticketmaster is doing for the Stones tour. Not refunding because the events are technically postponed and not canceled--yet no reasonable way they can do a stadium show safely until a vaccine is out and all attendees can show they have had it. This is where the music business blows and promoters look like money grubbers

Ticketmaster refunded my Stones ticket for San Diego last week.
Yes, but you need to "request" the refund on the TM site. Sign in, click on your event and there is a "request refund" button at the bottom of the page. I did that 3-4 weeks ago and the credit just showed up on my card a few days ago. Wilco too. Still waiting on Roger Waters....
I remember that one well. George Thorogood, followed by Journey and a painfully long wait for Mick to get his makeup just right but were were 10 rows back when the curtain opened to Under My Thumb. They did there little bar pre tour warm up gig at Sir Morgan's Cove in Worcester, MA and when I moved to MA, used to frequent it. It just closed a year ago
