A good lineup for a good cause. I've seen a few great SEVA benefit shows over the decades, always a good time.

Tix on sale this Friday.

GTTS!

Thanks, just shared it on my Insta account. That'll  be a good one for sure.

Update for anyone who already follows me there:  I changed my Insta handle to something more positive than "Cold Rain and Snow" ... and chose lyrics from Ripple:  "Gold of Sunshine"

Sunny day to all!

That's gonna be sweet.

My first Wavy Birthday Show was his 50th. Forty years ago. Wow.

It was good to see him April 1 at the Saint Stupid's Day Parade being pushed along in a wheelchair in the rain. Dude is a living icon.

Wow, can't believe it has been 10 years already since I went to Wavy's 80th.  Fantastic memories of meeting many Zoners and that jam with David Nelson Band featuring John Popper and Pete Sears on keys.  Far out!

I can't believe it's been 40 years since I went to Wavy's 50th......

If I remember right, China Rider, that was at the Petaluma Music Fest?

Maria has been a number of them over the years.

Looks like Steve Earle in the back there, too

Hi MarkD, it was at the SOMO Village Event Center in Rohnert Park.

Is that the David Nelson Band or NRPS in that photo?

Bump for Wavy's birthday this weekend, and for this profile:

Attaboy! Happy 90th Birthday Wavy. Thanks for showing up. Anytime I go somewhere and see you also there, I know I have arrived where it's REALLY going on.

Happy 90th Birthday Wavy Gravy!

I recall being at your 51st at The Saint in NYC!

A SEVA benefit at the former Fillmore East with oil disk projections on the original vaulted ceiling!

and instigating much antics in the room.  Still cannot recall if Bobby ever showed up

but it seemed like he did!

Yeah that was it! Wow thanks for the archival material!
I don't  remember too clearly as we snuck in a rather large bong and were ripping large ones while sprawled out on a leather ottoman.

Most folks were standing giving us cover.

That show is in my DNA!

I did not attend the 90th birthday show last night, but reports are that it was a splendid time.

What blows my mind is that it is 40 years since I did attend Wavy's 50th at the Berkeley Community Theater. That was a very heavy line up celebrating our favorite clown.

Happy Birthday Wavy Gravy, and many more!

It was indeed a fabulous show last night!
