Three YEARS???

WTF Virginia.

My guess is that they want to dot all their i's and cross all their t's as they set up dispensaries and issue grow permits to maximize the state's cut.  In the meantime, they have made possession under an ounce a misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $100.

Ye$, the$e thing$ take time to $ort out...

Wonder which state will be the last to legalize it?

That's easy, Utah.

^Idaho Senate Passes Anti-Marijuana Constitutional Amendment By 1 Vote

The proposal from Sen. Scott Grow (R-Eagle) would make it impossible for citizens to legalize medical or recreational marijuana – or any other psychoactive drugs not approved for use by the federal Food and Drug Administration.

And his name is "Grow".

we used to get fat buds from arkansas back in the day...

go figure.

Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia all produce quality weed harvests.  Lots of veterans came back and started grows, like the character in Steve Earle's Copperhead Road.

Once it's all out in the open, I imagine Virginia will produce some excellent varietals.  Always been a farming/growing culture there from pre-colonial times until now.

I recall the Feds were said to grow real fine weed in Kentucky.

Years ago I watched a news report on grow operations in KY. So many people were growing that if someone got popped, they were almost never convicted by a jury of their peers.
