SALUTE!

veterans-day-1 (800x450)_1.jpg

Remembering our veterans, who fought for our democracy. Some gave all. Honor their service by continuing the fight.

Thank you all the men and women who served in the US Military!  Thank you all for your service to our country!

Also thank you Grateful Dead for the Dark Star played on this day in 1973, one of my all time favorites!

No offense, but I'm gonna make some exceptions.

Mike Flynn,  Ed Gallagher and other disgraces are certainly exceptional.

Thanks to all the Vets. (Well, as Bluestnote said, except the scumbags).

Agree Jay, that is one of my favorite Dark Stars as well.

I saw a ripping JGB show on this day in 1990 at the Wiltern Theatre in LA.

Now that was a great, all-American Veteran's Day!

I was at that Wiltern show.

Just wondering how corporate amerikkka thanks those that fought and died for them? I mean, we have not been "at risk" since WW2.  All wars since were corporate. The military industrial complex has a million times more influence than all the voters combined. And big oil. Batteries for electric cars. Anti-Arab militants.

I mean no disresepcet for any veterans that thought they were fighting for our country. They deserve huge accolades.

We're pretty much the only house in the neighborhood that ever puts a flag out.
