The upcoming Bonnaroo mess

Forums:

I am betting Live Nation is wishing they never bought the festival about now.

First they dragged their feet putting in some sort of covid protocol in place. Then they pushed early entry to the camping grounds until tomorrow because of the coming of Ida and the already super-saturated soil. Now they just announced that they will be reducing camping, possibly by up to 50% so people who show up with valid tickets may not have a place to stay and may not find out until they get there. But they are allowing you to cancel your purchase up until tomorrow. Of course if you are travelling and not arriving until Thurs...tough luck...you figure it out.

I'm sure there are going to be thousands of horror stories being post in the next few days....

Fuggin irrhythmic ebbs and flows.

One day at a time for sure.

Tennessee.  We're bringing Polio back, y'all!

Ain't no place I would rather be.

Damn, that's a certified nightmare. Glad I'm not in the management of that festival. Good luck to all.

Hitchhiked through Tennessee going to The Farm, that commune in Summertown. What a beautiful state in mid-September with those fall colors.

Slickrock.... lived on The Farm for 3 months for the birth of my son by their midwives. No spot taken on Bonnaroo

And the mess has caused Bonnaroo to be canceled. Better that than what was unfolding.
