I can't see it in the video on my cheap android so I downloaded it to my cheap laptop. I can see blurr on upper right of the plane.
I would love to email the video to someone with capabilities to enhance if anyone is interested.

The stars were out pretty good for being in a small city, but this light was different; a bit larger, changing colors, and it kind of moved randomly from time to time... not far, but the rest of the stars remained stationary (so it wasn't my strain or drink, lol). Then it did a pretty quick loop. WTF? So I changed settings, and took a few videos. Then went back to the moon, not quite up yet, so back to the object. A few more videos. Then back to the moon, and the object was gone. I posted a few of the videos on FB. Then this afternoon took a few screen shots from the videos, magnified them a bit... Wowzer!
What makes it even more interesting, a musician friend in Salem, roughly 40 miles north of me, and over many hills, saw the same thing!

This was a point source, near Jupiter, but much larger than Jupiter... it was constantly changing color, and would occasionally move erratically, including doing a small loop at one point. So definitely a "door number 3" vs Earthquake lights or the Northern Lights (ive seen one, heard of the other).
