I Have Something Wrong with my Right One been like 8-10 Months now It Bothers Me When I Sleep on My Right Side - I Need xrays and a thorough Exam - though i am not sure what Anyone Can Do to Fix It !

Same deal here. Wakes me up. Feels like it's full of broken rocks. Sounds like it occasionally, too. I may need a guitar with a slimmer body. Elbow barking, too. Clicks when I rotate it inward (say, rotating from 12 o'clock position to 9). When they're both bad, the pain radiates and meets in the middle.
Gonna try to hold off doing anything until Lily's new knee is completely in swing. Hard to keep enough ice packs ready as it is. Not to mention those awful f-ing pills involved. She's doing great with mobility and range of motion, but the pain level is brutal still.

but sugar generally refers to the texture of the concentrate, which can be the result of the strain, specific terpenes present, lipids, or improper extracting/purging (i am not saying that's the case here at all, just a couple quick explanations of what sugar can be the result of).
turtle look out for rosin, if you haven't already. specifically, rosin made from bubble hash.
