Whoever the fuck decided this had to be done in a month was a stone cold eejit. They needed time to write it AND time to sell it (including vetting changes). If they have any sense they will huddle up with the moderate GOP and the centrist democrats and try to fix the shit that's wrong with it. Call it Trumpcare, call it a patch, whatever. Real governing is hard work. Instead, they'll probably just try to sabotage it and complain about it. And Trump with his "last chance to deal" shit, HA, what a shitty negotiator.

If they had any sense, they'd
If they had any sense, they'd realize that many of their people who have figured out that the ACA and Obamacare are one in the same, are no longer pushing for repeal and replace. However, since THEY (GOP et al) have made it such a huge deal, they feel that they have to continue the repeal and replace game.
If they had any sense, they'd realize that the plan should be what it should have been from the beginning, work to fix what's wrong with the ACA. It is a function of all pieces of major legislation, they get passed, there's good and not so good, even bad in them. Work to protect the good, make the not so good better and fix the bad. It's really not that hard of a concept.

Ok here's what just went down
Ok here's what just went down among other things in my opinion...
The reason you couldn't keep your doctor in your employer sponsored plan when the ACA (Obamacare) started was because your plan didn't meet the minimum requirement of coverage mandated by ACA. Gaps in coverage (no hospitalization, mental health or addiction treatment) that lead to financial bankruptcy. Insanely high deductibles and lifetime caps.
When you repeal ACA (Obamacare) that minimum requirement goes bye-bye at a federal level. But that's ok because there is a mechanism called state insurance commisioner who apply's the minimum requirement of coverage on a state level.
Here's were the republicans are trying to get over on us. Selling insurance across state lines so as to skirt the minimum requirement of coverage mandated by state commissioners.
======================================================================================================
https://www.healthcare.gov/glossary/minimum-value/
Minimum value
A standard of minimum coverage that applies to job-based health plans. If your employer’s plan meets this standard and is considered “affordable,” you won’t be eligible for a premium tax credit if you buy a Marketplace insurance plan instead.
A health plan meets the minimum value standard if both of these apply:
It’s designed to pay at least 60% of the total cost of medical services for a standard population
Its benefits include substantial coverage of physician and inpatient hospital services
To find out if your job-based plan meets the minimum value standard, ask your employer. You can also ask them to fill out the Employer Coverage Tool (PDF).

You people should have been
You people should have been cheering this monstrosity on. If it had passed the Republicans would have been stuck with an unworkable disaster hung around their necks, the Democrats could have made sure that the second and third parts were never passed (ensuring its failure), and they would have stood a very good chance of taking back Congress in two years by blaming the Republicans (rightly) for the mess that they had created. That won't be happening now, and there's a good chance that the House will now pass a bill loaded up with everything that the conservative wing of the party wants that will then be rejected by the Democrats in the Senate thereby removing all blame for any changes from the Republicans ("We tried but the Democratic Senators wouldn't help"). A Pyrrhic victory at best, and we're still stuck with a system that is collapsing so badly that one third of all counties in the U.S. offer only one option via ObamaCare due to insurance companies abandoning the system.

Republifucks are the party of "Break Shit" then turn around and blame Dems for it being broken...
Lil Marco helped remove the risk corridors in the ACA/Obama Care. Which caused insurance premiums to go up and insurance companies to pull out of the exchange. In addition, the Medicaid expansion was not mandatory. Therefore Republican Governors across the country chose not to expand. Which hurt states by insurers not participating.
