WASHINGTON, June 25, 2018 – People’s Sausage Co., a Los Angeles, Calif. establishment, is recalling approximately 13,554 pounds of jerky and meat stick products that were produced without an approved voluntary grant of inspection, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
