Last Tuesday turnout was big, especially in the states Biden carried. Biden voters ARE motivated. Even Bernie has admitted turnout for him hasn't been up to expectations.

There are many reasons why having Biden as the nominee is a fool's errand, but those stats from the OP are not the reason why there is a real danger of Trump being reelected.
If historical tidbits like those were determinative of a candidate's chances, Trump would have never been elected because nobody before him had ever been elected president without having served in public office or in the military.
