and Reconstruction. These are eras of Jerry's career that I am least familiar with and I'd like to hear your stories, anecdotes and recommendations too.
Reconstruction had the late, great Gaylord Birch on drums. Who was a great SF jazz and soul drummer and was getting into dance music at the time.
He and Jerry didn't work "it" out. Had they both lived longer there paths would have crossed again. Could be the best drummer Jerry played with from a technical standpoint.
Some of Jerry's best rhythm jazz guitar work in this phase.
There are much less Reconstruction shows as Jerry didn't take this band on the road to New York.
My go to Reconstruction show is from the Cotati Cabaret, where I saw few shows while a stay in Northern California. Small club setting. Great sound. Martin plays real well here.

I would say LOM is the finest rock n roll band yet to be formed on this planet ...i also have a tendency of hyperbole on certain Saturday nights. But for reals they are my go to Jerry & Meester fix...((((chutup)))
I loved the idea of Jerry playing (what were at the time) Top 40 yacht-rock hits by Gino Vanelli ("I Just Want To Stop") and Bobby Caldwell ("What You Won't Do For Love").

Notes/Flaws: A great recording of a great show! A brief dropout at the very beginning of Favela, minor mix/level issues here and there, minor tape degradation here and there, but none of it detracts from the listening experience (imho).
Notes from the anonymous seed provider: The 8/30/74 is slightly out of order when compared to Deadbase & my old analog copy. However, this came from Dick->my source->me, so I left it as-is. I have always really enjoyed this one & the upgrade took me 5 years to track down.

It's up at Sugarmegs. You can stream it there, or download the shows. They are in one giant MP3 file. Which is fine in this case, imo.

I spent many hours in the 80's dubbing and listening to obscure LOM and collecting it.
Fun and exploratory jams w funk and jazz elements.
