My inspiration will hit sometime around 11 tonight when the 100mg gummy kicks in and ill be dreaming/planning my menu throughout the night.

 

  

I was not sure, but I could see that I was going to be able to eat today

2 days ago, I had Mofungo delivered. It came with a huge amount of a simple chicken soup, with chunks of chicken, potatoes & carrots.

The Mofungo was huge & it was separated and with lots of strips of sauteed strips of Pork (Pernil) & onions.

The Mofungo it self was great, it had pork (chachron) in it. Then you put in the soup and let it melt.

Needs Tabasco sauce.

Oven ribs(great but not smoked), home made gyro(my first attempt and I learned a few lessons), stuffed mushrooms, home made spring rolls & cream cheese wontons... etc. 

On the gyro - Im not sure what it is about lamb that I don't like cooking with. Next time less lamb , more beef and I needed to freeze the loaf a bit more before I put it on the slicer.  I should have went to the local middle eastern restaurant and grabbed a bag of hand made pita. The store bought was a fail.
