It is only a matter of time before someone who tells another that "they should kill themselves" on a message board will be charged as well. While I do believe justice may have been served in this case, it really does expand the definition of what one's words may be responsible for.
This generation is fucked..most of em aren't in their right minds. The kid didn't have to listen, being found guilty of contributing to a death for saying words is kind of crazy..this will def change things from here on out as far as holding people accountable for their words.
I'm kind of on the fence..the little shit is guilty of something, not sure a harsh manslaughter verdict fits the act... after all it was words and should be covered by the 1st amendment..not condoning her actions at all, but yowza....meanwhile, jury can't come to an agreement on Cosby???? Beyond reading the transcript of their text I don't know anything about this case. But it strikes me she may have a screw loose, maybe mental illness or a neurological glitch of some sort. Developmental disorder? Or influenced by Satan (not that I believe Satan is a real entity, of course the energy he is a metaphor for, definitely does exist but imo it comes from a different source, not that imaginary fallen angel guy - but something's infecting evil in the people that do horrible things).
