I'm not terribly religious person, but my 1994 Subdudes CD "Annunciation" plays after not working as of 4 months ago. I used rubbing alcohol and its fixed. All the scratches are gone.
There is a God.
I ordered a new copy and the order got canceled. Annunciation is out of print and I can not find a source for any of their CDs. Not sure they have record deal. I will find out whats up.
The Subdudes are now on tour, starting with the New York City Winery tonight and the Boulton Center on Saturday night -
Give it up for the Subdudes!

There new CD "4 On the Floor" is a capella version of many their songs. You would like it, I presume.
Last night, they played an electric set and then came out in the audience for about 6 songs this way. The entire crowd was clapping and singing. It was awesome.

Well put. I never really thought about what instruments made up the Subdudes. It's just their sound to me.
