Stairway to Gilligan's Island ??

Just discovered this shocking Reality:

The Seven Deadly Sins of Gilligan's Island...

Is Gilligan the Devil?

Years ago, CBS had a popular little series called "Gilligan's Island". There is, however, a dark secret about this "comedy" you may never have realized. The island is a direct representation of Hell.

Nobody on the island wants to be there, yet none are able to leave. Each one of the characters represents one of the 7 deadly sins:

Ginger represents LUST - she wears skimpy outfits, is obsessed with her looks, and is a borderline nymphomaniac.

Mary Ann represents ENVY - she is jealous of Ginger's beauty.

The Professor represents PRIDE - he is an annoying know-it-all.

Mr. Howell represents GREED - no explanation needed.

Mrs. Howell represents SLOTH - she has never lifted a finger to help on any of their escape plans.

The Skipper represents two sins: GLUTTONY - again, no explanation needed and ANGER - he violently hits Gilligan on each show.

This leaves Gilligan. Gilligan is the person who put them there. He prevents them from leaving by foiling all of their escape plots. Also, it is HIS island. Therefore, Gilligan is SATAN.

Crazy? He does wear red in every episode.

The analysis and conclusion contradict one of the premises: "Each one of the characters represents one of the 7 deadly sins."

I just discovered that the font and color you used suck.

No likee "Comic Sans / Salmon" ??

I can't decide if that is Fontism or just blatant Racism.

I suppose that font/color combo ought to just ride in the back of the bus and stay away from white fonts.

Don't know about Satan, but Gilligan and Mary Ann were both notorious potheads and both were subject to high profile busts.   During Gilligan's trial, the prosecution accused Mary Ann of sending Gilligan a bunch of weed in the mail, but the jury let him off after he testified it must have been a "crazy fan" that sent him the contraband package.

Mary Ann got pulled over in her truck in Idaho, with pot smoke billowing out the window and an ash tray full of roaches.   She blamed it on "hitchikers."   Here is here mug shot from the bust:

Where does the Japanese sailor fit in to all of this?

It's not that I don't like it, I can't read it!

Comic sans turns into some flowery  cursive -  hard to read on phones - doesn't matter what color you use

What does a jobless trust fund guy from New Jersey represent?

Your problem is you are on an iphone.

I use comic sans on my daughter's birth announcement. They were printed in color on 8.5 x 11, so the font size was plenty big.

Her middle name is Raine, but it read as "Rajne." Everyone asked why we gave her an Indian name.

I'm actually on an IPad, but the fact is that comic sans is one of the hardest fonts to read.

I'm on an Android tablet and phone and the font looks scripty.

That's actually pretty funny Hedspace.

So I now have a better perspective regarding the hatred towards 'Comic Sans' font.

On this windoze box, it looks proper.

However, on a common android device, it's Cursive/Scripty under Chrome, but looks like Courier on the standard Droid browser.

In the future I'll try to avoid that font.

Yet another reason for Mary Ann >Ginger

but  is Stairway to Gilligan> Hairway to Steven?
