Some Very Smart People Said a Megalomaniac

is making decisions that wil hurt The USA and the free world possibly leading to war.  They are very smart people who  say the guy is a pathological egotist, someone with a psychological disorder with symptoms of delusions of grandeur and an obsession with power. Some of these very smart people are lifelong doctors and psychiatrists who are very qualified to recognize the symptoms and diagnose it. A megalomaniac is convinced of their absolute power and greatness who want to control the world and refuses to relinquish any power.
