Should We Let Them Back?

Forums:

The young ladies, American citizens, who ran off to become ISIS brides. Their husbands are dead, they and their kids are living in refugee camps, and they want to come home. “I was young and impressionable,” they say.

Should we let them back, or did they give up their citizenship?

I’m torn. On one hand they are Americans. On the other, it’s just convenient to renounce it now that their lives suck.

Quite a few Western nations are asking this question.

If they qualify for a free home from Dave Matthews, let them come home.

Let them back in and if the authorities believed they committed crimes while living with ISIS, prosecute them and give them due process.  No more Gitmo type tactics.

>Let them back in and if the authorities believed they committed crimes while living with ISIS...

You mean crimes other than joining an international terrorist organization?

Just make sure Knotseau gets an affordable home first before they do.

Canada isn't even considering it.

Nor is England.

A rare gregulator sighting on a Brian k thread. Weird.

aww

were they not adults?

they picked a side. they got off the bus. sorry if the destination sucked.

Fuck them.  They made their choice.  Good riddance

fuuuuuuuuuuck no throw those bitches off a cliff

we've got billions of people in the world and we want to split hairs over some people that thought it would be a good idea to become ISIS brides? not even a second thought. disposable as fuck.

It looks like this one young lady would rather come home and serve jail time than live in a refugee camp. Meanwhile, Trump and Pompeo are denying her citizenship, in spite of her parents producing her birth certificate.

>It looks like this one young lady would rather come home and serve jail time than live in a refugee camp.<

Too bad, the refugee camp is more than she deserves.

>Meanwhile, Trump and Pompeo are denying her citizenship<

No criticism from me on this one.

Me neither

Do the refugees deserve the refugee camps?

^most deserve better

First a picture or two and I'll then pass judgment.

Short answer, no.   Admittedly I do not know the legality of refusing entry for a US citizen and the steps it would take to strip them of their citizenship(if there even is any?)

Basically don't fuck this up. If the US is required by law to let them in to the country but can hold them then so be it.   We do know that some 'human rights' group is already strategizing on how they're going to save these poor lost soul.

Can white women in America  who feel safe in all white communities with racist white men change and become better humans?

It's not like the 'refugees' are denouncing isis. Every interview I've watched ...not one has any regrets for moving to the middle east to join isis and becoming isis brides.

Yes they can.

Is there a difference, though, if the woman joins a terror group overseas, renounces her citizenship, burns her passport on social media and publicly calls for people to drive trucks into crowds of people?

Even though she hasn’t really done anything other than token acts and words, is it “one and done?” Too bad, you made a bad choice when you were 18, so live with it!

Sounds like a year in jail

More like 20 with no parole

>Even though she hasn’t really done anything other than token acts and words, is it “one and done?” Too bad, you made a bad choice when you were 18, so live with it!<

When your choice is to join an international terrorist organization, yes, live with it.

She joined the weather underground for a while. Chillax and let her join Jim Brown's Amer-I-Can program.

You won't hear me defending the weather underground.

Slack, are you in favor of letting here come back?

>>>>>>>Slack, are you in favor of letting here come back?

Letting where comeback?

Sure. She won't kill anyone.

Her, Hoover. ..typo

She won't kill anymore?

Who did she kill? Heather Heyer?

How many did she kill?

John Walker Lindh is in Indiana. I think he gets out in a few years.

But he's a man.

In my head i look at it this way: if she’s a US citizen she should be brought back, and leave it to the courts. Justice has to blind and objective, and that’s what makes us strong. If her renouncement holds, leave her there.

In my heart, I say to let her rot in that shithole camp.

It involves kids. This will be in court for years.   Like I said above -- fuck her but we have laws that govern the way we handle these situations and Im pretty sure we can't just say 'fuck off!'.

You underestimate this administration

Rule Of Law don't exist anymore

Would her kid be a US citizen?

threatened store employees and a customer with a golf club

>>>>John Walker Lindh is in Indiana. I think he gets out in a few years.

That guy is a good example of how to handle Americans who run off and join hostile militant organizations and later get picked up on the battlefield:

Bring her back and throw the book at her.   Let a jury decide her fate, but due process is a must.  Like I said before, no more Gitmo shit, especially when it comes to US citizens.

Yup 20 years or so

If they were fighting against Assad, would that be ok?

By law, to renounce one’s citizenship they must appear in person before a consular or diplomatic officer, or if overseas at a consulate or embassy, and sign an oath of renunciation.

So, the one woman is a citizen, as proven by her birth certificate.

Rule of law it is...

Twenty years in a federal prison looks much more appealing than a lifetime in a shithole refugee camp.

)))))))))))))lose the burka(((((((((((((

it conceals weapons?

>>>>>If they were fighting against Assad, would that be ok?

Interesting question.  There are some Americans who have run off to fight against  ISIS, usually with Kurdish units.  According to this article, the practice is legal, but strongly discouraged by the State Department:

https://www.isdglobal.org/arrested-jailed-bailed-why-it-should-be-illega...

Not sure if it would be different if they were shooting at Assads' guys.

However, when one fights with ISIS, or provides material support like this young lady apparently did, you run afoul with certain laws that were used to convict John Walker Lindh.  These include conspiracy to kill US nationals and providing material support to designated terrorist organizations.  See the wikipedia link above for the specific statutory provisions Lindh was charged with violating.

That woman in Toronto was definitely hiding a weapon under hers.

Assign each to a MAGA incel.  Two birds.

gregulator= lol

Weak

If only Slacksack cared as much about Garbage Zoners as ISIS brides....

Haha nice someone called me fucky yesterday

How were the waves?

Flat. I'm still at work. But I can see them from my office window, so be sure to let me know if you another update, ok?

Do any security consulting today, slackard?

Take a picture from your window and I'll let you know if it's secure.

Security consulting at my house:

”Should we lock the doors?”

”I don’t know. Do we even have a key?”

it's because nobody lives there because its freezing.

It’s more because we don’t have anything worth taking.
