BONE DIGGERS: The Songs of Paul Simon, Explored

Thursday Apr 12, 2018

Doors: 8:00 PM
Show: 9:00 PM

21 and over

$15 - $20

Lineup:

Reed Mathis

Lebo (Dan Lebowitz)

Danny Eisenberg

Scott Rager

Clay Welch

I'm gonna go out on a limb and predict that this lineup is going to perform these tunes slightly "outside the box."

I may need to attend...

LOL that venue sucks. It's a bit of flyover Merica in the inner Richmond, with non-cheap beer. No wonder drug bands love it. $20 at the door huh, have fun

^I appreciate the warning.

And all artists mentioned above have been known to perform for free at the TXR Bar (ducking in case that is considered to be a similar venue - I know that the beers are too pricey).

Ahh the old Last Day Saloon, saw some hot shows there Hips, Derek Trucks, NRPS the Meters! not the best sound nor  sight lines but it was in my 'hood. Next door was the Holy City Zoo where whoopie and robin were regulars

no spot taken...

<<<<<with non-cheap beer

It's San Francisco hello

I don't know the other two, but Mathis, Lebo & Eisenberg are all excellent players and are usually worth $20.

And expensive beer is never a deal-breaker for me; especially at a bar there are always ways to mitigate that sort of thing.

Bars are never the best venues, but if I was in the area I'd probably check this out.

Not only is the beer not cheap - but they sell it in 10, not 12 oz cups.

I played that LDS joint dozens of times and never made any money.

Saw Mick Taylor, Ricky Skaggs, Del McCoury, the Mermen and many others in that room.

It still sucks.....   The band I've seen most recently there is Chum - a remarkably entertaining Phish tribute band....
