Damn, that's a good band, and Law & Stu play really well together.

If I was closer I'd go to that.

that would be a good group of Friends for Phi too, Lance.  those guys are all txr staples and will put on an excellent show come 4/20

I'm housesitting just up the road... going!

>>>that would be a good group of Friends for Phi too<<<

My second to last Phil show in the Grate Room had Stu & Scott on guitars, with Molo & Jason Crosby.

It was a good show.

Hello!
Covid strikes again!

This time it has taken down Stu and Brian for tonight's show.
However, we have great news....

Barry Sless will be joining the Scott Law & Friends lineup this evening! Most of you know Barry(David Nelson Band, Bobby & Wolf Bros, Moonalice), and we are thrilled to have him!
We are also excited to announce that sitting in for Brian is our very dear friend, and brilliant bass player, Reed Mathis. (Billy and the Kids, Golden Gate Wingmen, Electric Beethoven)

It’s going to be an incredible evening of music!

Happy 4/20!

Barry>Stu... I will take these changes thankfully

Yeah, it's all good.

Of course Stu vocals > Barry's

We're on our way..

Mookie and Reed sing just fine.  this show has me excited for live music tonight

Pete sings lead and harmony with Oteil and also with his own band. Used to sing a few with Melvin JGB, too.

I decided to ask for a refund, based on going indoors and having Covid illnesses being reported.

I hope that all goes well with everyone else.

I'm hoping my 4th jab works.. and am glad I was there.

check back with me in a week ;)

fun show last night.  the venue was very accommodating and the band was fun.  I thought Barry played subdued and let Scott have most of the leads but that was fine too.  Mookie can sing his ass off and Pete did an excellent job singing too.  setlist was fresh and pretty much GD free until the encore

cya in Healdsburg tonight for Zach Nugent!

Buzz Kill.

"As Mask and Vaccine Mandates Fall, COVID Rates Soar Among Touring Musicians"

https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/mask-vaccine-mandates-fall-covid-215...

Gotta give the band credit for requiring proof of vaccination

most every venue has dropped that requirement for entry -unless a band insists

Heard of the Sless fillin to late to battle the northbay traffic for a 5:30 start.

4:20 is like NYE amateur nite out

they're even selling pot legally in GGP Hippie Hill now...

And Hopmonk just cancelled tonight's music/Seder because 'too much Covid'

was 4/20 super spreader of the year?!

And Moonalice down...

Hmm, does this mean Sless got the Covid? he was sitting while playing guitar during yesterday's show and got me thinking that maybe he wasn't feeling well..

was 4/20 super spreader of the year?!

too early to tell but

Moonalice & Stu

sounds more like Skull and Roses Reprise...

Well, I hope that Moonalice didn't catch the Covid at the Ukiah shows!

Much gratitude to See Tickets:

I had second thoughts about cancelling my show plans, but it hurt a bit less when they confirmed my refund.

Hoping to join some of you fine folks at another show in the near future.
