I think so. You, and a small handful of others, have very narrow minds and cannot imagine things being any other way than how you've experienced life to this point. When a "missing person" is missing for more than a week, the outlook is grim and I suspect information from the get go was never provided and not in a timely manner. 

Kinda sucks for all involved. Yes, I suspect foul play. Very foul.
