Hey now Zonahs! Being the vast ocean of knowledge that VLZ is, I am wondering if anyone has any advice on setting up Roku? My wife just purchased it & brought it home and we are setting it up. Any advice on setting it up / channel selections / pay vs. free streams etc. would be appreciated. Thanks VLZ!

Hmm. No idea. I came home one day and The Bride had installed it in two rooms. Pretty much just Hulu, Amazon and Yootoobs. And Lily runs that CBS News feed while getting ready for work.

We have netflix, hulu and the sports oriented package on sling. I use a few free channels. Some have commercials. Crackle. Bob Ross (great for stoney tv), there's a dead app that's essentially relisten. I'll have to look to see what else later. If you google roku channels there's a bunch of secret or hidden stuff. I thought a lot of it was crap but ymmv. lots of channels with old tv shows and movies, too. ya just gotta poke around.

The best advice I can give for Roku is to give it away and pick up Amazon Fire.
