As a resident of Richmond CA for quite a few years, I find the notion of the city council, questioning anyone's behavior, even Trump's, to be idiotic. Fucking clowns.
The city govt is horrible but I do agree the city and it's surroundings have some heart.
I miss the Portumex restaurant on 23rd street. Despite it's uncomfortable name, which I always associated with portable mexican toilet, I think it's some of the best mexican food (for it's price) in all of CA.
