What a life she lived!

She was a kind woman who I always loved seeing at my shows that she attended over the years. I played better if I knew she was there. She will be missed by many friends. My last talk with her was backstage at the Warfield last Feb at DSO. Always smiling.

Very kind, loving person. She lived a full life with struggles, tragedies, loves, work, good times, hard times, and lots and lots of people who loved her.

RIP

Liked her book.

Thank you Jerilyn. For all that you have done in this life. With train engine persistence and a huge heart you made it through everything life threw at you. You helped so many people and beautifully annoyed so many more. I love you and I hope that peace, laughter, love and freedom from pain await you on the other side. Thank you auntie. ❤️#jerilynleebrandelius  - Annabelle Garcia

Ed Perlstein wrote on Facebook: Yes, yes and yes! Annabelle so perfectly described Jerilyn. I'm very glad that my photo of Jerilyn and Mickey has been used by so many people since her passing, because Jerilyn always said it was her favorite photo of her and Mickey. She said she used to put it in Mickey's suitcase when he traveled with the Dead so he would remember who was waiting for him at home.

Very nice person. I gave her lift after a Garden show once in the 80's.

Loved her photo book. Best GD book I ever bought! She was a very sweet lady, whenever our paths met she was quick with smiles and genuine kindness.

RIP, Jerilyn. I loved her book too. Books like hers were all we had before the interwebz came along.

She imparted to me a life lesson I carry with me to this day

Judit, that is a great photo!
