Yes it is but don't believe the Faux Newz chatter points that the whole city is up for grabs either. Despite this retaliatory gang warfare playing out on the city's Gold Coast in broad daylight, there are 6-8 relatively smaller S-SW side eighborhoods where shit IS up for grabs over drug/gang/gun turf that has been festering and increasingly worse over decades. That is where Lori Lightfoot should pinpoint tRump's fed goon gangs to go "keep the peace" and see how that story unfolds. They'd rather make news clips of them roughing up suburban kids downtown trying to save the world in an effort to scare some far away swing voter suburban women into voting GOP.

Its been really bad as of late. This particular shooting took place in the middle of the Gold Coast which is rare and quite affluent.

Also, the neighborhood kids/gangs were getting into ecstasy at least 14-15 years ago but I've never seen anyone wearing Grateful Dead gear.
