this seems really, really shady.

the flash seats app includes a marketplace where you can buy and sell tickets, at a seeming markup. highest price for the upcoming my morning jacket show at the 1st bank in CO is $230 for a GA ticket. seems like the same thing as stubhub, except the tickets are verified by the promoter and venue to be legit, which is fine, but i dont see how this curtails scalping at all. it is an active platform for scalping. only the first 4 rows are restricted to the original purchaser.
