Question for Modern Weed Enthusiasts

Forums:

A couple of years ago, Delta-8-THC was the cannabinoid  for weed chemists to distill and isolate -- due to its reported unique psychoactive and medicinal properties. (Now all you hear about is CBD and flavor terpenes.)

Anyone familiar with this compound (once it has been extracted and "magnified") for vaping?  Hash oil or snake oil?

I don't know the answer, but I'm surprised that Modern Weed Enthusiasts isn't a band name.

Hard saying but there are apparently over 400 "compounds" in there to choose from that make it a grab bag without the bona fide scientific research.

when more research is done some cannabinoids may have specific effects on specific conditions but as far as smoking for pleasure, recreation, relaxation or general wellness, the consensus seems to be that specific profiles of compounds, many of which are not even known or tested for, is what makes cannabis truly enjoyable - all the different cannabinoids, monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, plant esters, plant alcohols, phenols, flavinoids etc etc etc all add up to create the taste/smell/psychoactive experience that is cannabis, and any attempts to isolate specific compounds only dampen this experience

Yes I have dabbed delta-8. It's a full-body CBD feel and THC high. Really good stuff, a little hard to find. Guild was the company that had the dab. I've also had it in pro-tab form-more intense. I preferred the dab
