Every Halloween, I take the seeds from the Jack-o-Lantern carvings, slather them with cinnamon and brown sugar, and bake them on a tray. I then eat them whole with the shell still on.
is it that you’ve found the work of shelling just really isn’t worth the reward? Or is it the extra flavor and stick-like texture of the shells you like? Or something else?
