Daylight heart

I would like to catch a show. Hopefully there will be a few more dates / cities announced.

Sent in request for both nights

Hope is high

First time around was just OK. A bit disjointed. Perhaps better second time around.

^I am a fan of every member, and i want to like this band,  but I don't care for them.

I get it.

Saw the second show of the 2001 tour and they didn't seem to be gelled yet (like, sloppy). Shows later in the tour sounded better to me (on tape, at least). I think the Denver shows will be warm-up gigs for a proper tour.

I think you are probably right on the money there. I have heard a few rumors around Atlanta that they will play the Sweetwater festival in April. Rumors that I hope pan out!!! Early bird tix go on sale next week. A really good deal on 3 day weekend tix if you roll the dice before the line up is announced.

A project truly not as great as the sum of its parts but maybe this time will b different.

if they open up the improvisation a little more, who knows?*

* who knows? Is a licensed trademark of Shakin Nagen & Negman industries inc. all unauthorized use is subject to litigation, void where prohibited

Have not been this antsy pantsy for tix in a long time.

caught them once in 2000 or so. Great friends great buzz and we had a fuck of a good time.

Denver is a cheap flight

Maybe it'll help if Les talks less.

Saw this group in ‘01 at the Hollywood Palladium.

It was not particularly good.  YMMV.

Count me as a fan of all three but who was underwhelmed when I saw the group.

love trey, listened to primus before phish....the police(not so much) .....but copeland can drum....

itll sell a ton of tickets and be great ....(guess im gettig old)

Same as most...i want to like them...hoping that they release some new music that i like better than last effort, and yes, their live shows were a huge let down. I did hear of potential added dates, and some collaboration, whether its rehearsal or writing new music, i think is yet to be determined (or announced), but, if they come East off of good reviews, id go....if not...id stay paddling up stream...

No Go

Looking for 2 Saturdays. Thx.

Somehow amazingly less than the sum of the parts.

My only hope for this is that it reminds Trey where his balls are.

This Soul Planet/ Spirit Family nonsense is insufferable.

They are saying the quiet part loud and its really cringey lately.

Words aren't their strong point.

I mean, Im glad Phish is "in a great place and happy" now and all, but traditionally, great rock and roll isnt coming from well adjusted groups.

Another interesting phenomena was observing the Ghosts of the Forest songs fall relatively flat among the fans until the Trey doc came out this summer, giving context to Treys thinking and all of a sudden they were fan favorites.  It was funny watching people in real time convince themselves these were good songs because now they were aware they meant a lot to Trey.

 Oysterhead date not confirmed

Bought into PeachFest "earlybird"  before any artists announced.  Latest propaganda from Peach claims Oysterhead (+ many others)  so I think they are committed to be there.

Even if they don't show up,  lots of Excellent acts :)

Seems like a good excuse to visit Scranton and camp out on a ski slope wink
