atiex isnt a perfect poster, but he was also one of the few zoners we had left who actually contributed unique and engaging content, almost daily in the "what are you listening to" threads, which as of now has devolved into a mostly useless list of GD shows, recent jamband shows, and stereotypical classic rock, punctuated by the very occasional interesting piece of music, floating amidst a sea of reposts from reddit and facebook, attempts at nonsensical humor, and mostly re-hashed political topics and arguments. 

maybe we are avoiding a few meltdowns, offensive comments or occasional insults, but we are also avoiding some of the best content the zone still had left to offer. 

No arguments re his music and culture contributions. I enjoyed them as well. But the folks that run this place have made it pretty clear the vulgar sexual insults are no bueno. It is what is. The Wild West Zone of old was a blast and that shit was (apparently) cool. It (apparently) ain't here. did many tours over the years, just biking around ripping fatties, observing (never did an official tour tho). mural arts is an amazing program.

Eggplant and mushroom Tacos are pretty good too.  Just season the eggplant like its carne asada.  Sweet potatoes work well too.

A good use of the monster zucchini is to slice lengthwise and substitute for the pasta in lasagna.

Just made zuchini pizza this week. I saute a mushroom/onion mash then slice circles of zuchini - make a little tomatoe sauce and then layer sauce, mash and then fresh mozz on top. 18 minutes in the oven at 375. zuchini is soft enough to be nice - but still solid enough to hold the ingredients on top. Lots of bite size or two bite zuchini pizzas.

Gonna stir fry up 3 kinds of squash with mushrooms, onions and garlic in the grill wok tonight while I make honey dijon chicken.
