I hope this movement is contagious.

This definitely was good to see yesterday. One thing that gives me a little hope is the role patriotic people played in standing up to the conspiracies of the past administration, even within their own ranks. There are some good people in government who have their eyes fixed on the bigger picture and not just keeping their paying jobs. They know their real job is protecting our democracy.

There's not much there, but it does blow what's left of my mind that people think they get elected to simply keep their jobs. We elect them to do our bidding and work for the betterment of our society, not cement their future employment. With congressional elections every two years, the first thing they do is start taking donations for the next election.

Speaking of authoritarian assholes, I've spared the Zone reports on the Utah legislature (Qtah righteouslature) this year. SO OFF THE CHARTS. All the reporters just look at each other and say "Can you believe this shit?"

OK readying a bill to ban teachers teaching anything that contradicts a child's religion.  You know, like science?

Fake gov. Younkin in VA has an email where people can rat out a teacher.

DeSantis? We would need a book to catalog his bullshit.

Republican National Committee censured Cheney and Kinzinger for being on the Jan. 6 committee.

Trump committing treason right out in the open and they all like "He's our boy".

While I like that development I don't see the need to celebrate.

Crush the Trump Cult.
