I like it. Thanks.

Right on, J.

They're a fun live band.  Doesn't look like they'll be up your way on this leg, but keep an eye out for a shoe. Definitely worth checking out.

Thanks for sharing the news, St. Mark.

I often have this song playing in my head when I read your clothing style posts:

Wish they'd come to my neck of the woods.

Is it me or have the labels gotten to all of these "indie" bands. Dawes , The head and the heart, and now spoon all seem to have new albums that are more polished and over produced sounding more like radio singles than raw in indie tracks ??? Maybe that's the goal or growth it seems to happen to everyone before they become successful.. But with the Indie sound Mumford was more popular with their own acoustic sound. They put out an electric record that did not receive the same reaction ??? Otherwise I like the track the video is cool kind of occultish But missing the raw energy of the Spoon I am used to hearing on FUV

Lol Johnny D.

Yes, I definitely hear what you're saying, Eric. Spoon has gotten way more polished over the years, with better overall production value on their albums.

I would say that I think They Want My Soul is among their best work. Actually the last three albums have all been pretty great.

Great band.

David Cross used a personalized version of "The Underdog" to intro his recent stand up tour.

Wish they were coming closer to me.

Hopefully they add more dates after the Colorado shows in August, Goodlight.

Really looking forward to hearing the new album.

^Loved the two songs on youtube.  Looking forward to listening to the new album as well.  Another Zoner listening party, perhaps?

That's a great call, Johnny D.

I'm in for sure.

Grabbed tickets for the Mish show this morning.

If you guys haven't ever been, the Mishawaka is a small outdoor venue with a wooden stage set against the Poudre river northwest of Fort Collins. Really beautiful scene. Can't wait.

When is Fork going on tour?
