The Flooding Really started after the Maint guy removed the toilet He Had To Call a plumber Surprisingly no sewer smell and luckily No Sewer Trout appeared ! It's all good now - just it was a lot of mopping and moving stuff so it would not get damaged _ But it Did KILL BY BACK !

Times like those make you happy that you saved that stack of old "car wash" towels.
This Winter I've avoided any plumbing freezes with a learned strategy of Heat-tape and small space-heater at the Well tank.
Still had a slow shower drain during that 0-20 ºF stretch; bit of ice blockage in the pipe.
