my man is 50 this day

we are together nearly 7 years, nothing to many of you, not nearly enough for me

last weekend we celebrated by spending time in the maine midcoast region, and it was just exactly perfect, down to his 3 layer fudge cake chocolate with icing and ganache

this day has kinda sucked for him, as i worked, and his 1st day at his new job was postponed due to rain

clusterfuckery happened trying to work on a project, but, in the end, we are home togehter and he is doing what he loves most: tending to plants (:
