Guy was urinated-off for
Guy was urinated-off for getting fired. Had been arrested a few times in the past, once for sexual assault.
What led him to getting fired, not sure about that. He had a limited license to practice medicine in the past, which expired a year ago. So not quite a licensed MD.
It's still unclear to me if 'Henry Bello' managed to set himself on fire before shooting himself, but he tried.

...But according to police reports he had a history of sexual harassment cases. Police say Bello was arrested in 2004 on a charge of sexual abuse after a woman told police he grabbed her, lifted her up and carried her off, saying, “You’re coming with me.”

The trend you are referencing doesn't exist. Violent crime, gun crime, and firearm homicides have all been falling for over a decade.

Hospitals are not nice places
Hospitals are not nice places.
People that run them are worse and most are just plain nasty nasty people.
Including hiring unqualified doctors because they just need a warm body.
Anything for profits.
Past 10-15 they have become worse than Pharma and Insurance.

Meanwhile, around 2:30AM
Meanwhile, around 2:30AM this morning, police said 25 people were shot in Little Rock, Ark., after a dispute broke out at a nightclub concert.
All 25 people are expected to survive, police said in a tweet Saturday.
Three other people sustained injuries after chaos ensued when gunshots broke out at the concert.
It doesn't look like this is terrorist related. Not sure why that matters.
Crazy stuff.
