What did they do THIS TIME? Just had an engine explode so a passenger got partially sucked out of a window and eventually died. Nice customer service Southwest!!!

I think that SW is the highest rated domestic airline when it comes to customer service and safety.

Accidents do happen and flying is still safer than driving.   Southwest has good service and is surprisingly affordable.   Best part about them is that you can cancel your flight and apply the airfare to any other flight, giving you a level of travel flexibility unmatched by any other airline.

My trip to Texas was on SWA out of LGA.  Two weeks ago.  Scary, sorry to hear this.
