Probably out of my price range. But very cool to own. I wouldn't sell it.
I guess, I'll make those YouTubes into 2 links now that I have the editing software at the end of the week
My nephew gave me Billy K's new book for XMAS.

Bluelight I liked Deal a lot.
Bluelight I liked Deal a lot. Good book and much better than Searching For The Sound.
Anyone who does audio books should get Jerry on Jerry, awesome unreleased interviews w Jerry. I like the Audio book on this one cause I'd rather hear the Jerry Interviews than read them.

Yeah, I look forward to it.
Yeah, I look forward to it.
I didn't purchase Jerry on Jerry, because I didn't want to find out that my sole source 1983 interview with Jerry Garcia was used with out any acknowledgement, I would be pissed if it was.

The only thing worse than
The only thing worse than hearing Mickey's drumming is listening to him talk about drumming.

OK I combined all these
OK I combined all these Mickey Hart YouTube videos in to two respective interviews. I edited out any discursions of drumming for 73guy.
Plus, for extra credit I edited & liberated a short new cool Bill Kreutzmann interview & just posted it up on YouTube.

Mickey is as interesting to
Mickey is as interesting to listen to in an interview as any of them, and his drumming pre-85 was fucking great.
That little San Mateo show in December of '81 was damn cool. The Grateful Dead were not on the bill, it was only advertised as Mickey's band High Noon & Joan Baez & Friends Acoustic with Jerry Garcia, Bob Weir & Phil Lesh. The GD playing an electric set was unexpected which made it greater than it already was.
As I always did in those days I took photos, but that was one of THOSE nights so these are the only shots that came out from that show. I still love all three...

Tonight, I am going to re-edit & update the Billy & Mickey interviews original "billed as" with that information.
Great photographs!
Thank you.
