This is so fucked up. I've met most of the Mavericks, and they are class acts and great musicians. America's cultural diversity is one of it's greatest assets. Hope they find the guys who did this and throw the book at them.
We've seen them about 4 - 5 times and they are nothing but gracious, the band members go to the lobby after the gigs and take pics and hang out and are very generous with their time, not to mention the top notch shows and musicianship.
