Savannah Blu is a Mill Valley based "Traditional Newgrass" Band that does originals, old school stuff from Monroe and the Stanleys (et. al.) and throws down some grassified Rock n Roll. Tonight, at Ironsprings Brewery in Fairfax, we will be doing a set of songs associated with the Grateful Dead.
Joining us for the excursion will be Pam Brandon (AKA Belle Monroe) on upright bass and vocals.
Please drop by for a beer or three....
I'll be singin' and pickin' the mandolin.

It was fun.
It was fun.
We did Candyman, Beat It On Down The Line, It Must Have Been The Roses and Stella Blue in a bluegrass style alongside a bunch of trad, new grass and originals.
Had a decent crowd too!
